Practical Support.
Playful Solutions.
When routines, spaces, and programs work for children, everyone’s day gets easier. For two decades, I’ve helped parents, teachers, and organizations figure out what’s getting in the way and take what’s already good to great, with practical, playful solutions that stick.
For Parents
Hard routines are exhausting, and you don't need to figure them out alone. In a Parent Strategy Session, we'll pick the routine that's hardest right now and build a plan around what your child loves. Within 48 hours, you'll get a one-page plan you can start using the same week.

For Organizations
Space & Program Consulting
Spaces and routines shape behavior. I'll look at your space, routines, materials, and systems, then create a prioritized plan your team can act on.
What this can include:
Classroom and space design that supports the behavior you want to see
Routines, transitions, and materials that help the day run more smoothly
A step-by-step plan, ordered by what will make the biggest difference first
Staff training and follow-up support
Workshops & Staff Training
Engaging, practical sessions for educators, program teams, and parent groups, built on strong relationships and an understanding of what children need.
Topics you can choose from:
Building strong relationships with the children in your care
Responding to children who are overwhelmed or dysregulated, including children who have experienced adverse childhood experiences (ACEs)
Understanding the needs behind behavior
Meeting the needs of individual children and the whole group in a large-group setting
Making group routines work
Engaging young children in story times and activities, including open-ended art, sensory play, and exploration
Program Development & Implementation
From an idea to a program your team can run. I design programs around your goals and the children and families you serve.
What this can include:
Activities, materials, and setup guides
Story times and activities for young children
Training your team to deliver the program, or leading it myself
Every project starts with a short conversation about your goals and what's getting in the way. Pricing is a flat fee, quoted after we talk.
THE EXPERIENCE BEHIND THE PLAY
My work with children and families spans two decades, from teaching and preschool leadership to managing programs at the Children’s Museum of Sonoma County. I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology with an emphasis in child development, along with California Child Development Program Director and Master Teacher permits.
At the museum, I developed programs and events, trained staff, and built the checklists, setup guides, and systems that helped our team deliver consistent experiences. With foundations informed by community partnerships and recommendations, I developed a sensory-friendly implementation guide and presented that framework at the Association of Science and Technology Centers International Conference.
I’m not a therapist, and I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all answers. What I bring is deep child-development experience, creative problem-solving, genuine curiosity, and a commitment to meeting children and families exactly where they are.
